飞机钛合金模锻件的论文


毕业设计(论文) 摘 要 本文详细地阐述了某飞机结构件零件的制造与工艺及 NC 铣削加工程序编 制。 航空类零件因其外形复杂,制造精度高,其工艺编制难度大,用普通机械 加工的方法难以胜任这些要求。为利用先进的现代制造技术,提高加工效率, 保证加工质量,可采用通用CAD/CAM软件进行三维建模、数控加工。 对于该零件的加工,其工艺是决定制造成败的关键。该零件的制造充分利 用了三轴和五轴数控加工技术,大大减小了工艺编制的难度。为保证零件加工 的经济性,大余量的去除可用普通铣床完成,再通过数控加工中心完成表面的 粗、精加工以及孔的钻、铰工序。数字模型建立与数控加工是零件加工精度的 保证。鉴于UG的强大功能和友好界面,因此在制造过程的规划上使用此软件进 行建模和NC铣削程序编制。该零件的三维建模和数控加工用UG软件完成。其三 维建模用到了线架构和曲面设计、自由曲面设计两大模块。数控加工中粗加工 为三轴联动加工,半精加工和精加工为五轴联动加工并生成数控加工程序。 关键词 : 三维建模;机械制造工艺规程;NC 铣削;UG I 毕业设计(论文) Abstract This thesis expatiate the manufacturing process of a certain plane’s tie-in and the process of designing its NC program. Because the aeronautical components’ surface is complex, the manufacture precision is high, its craft establishment difficulty is big, these requests are not competent with the ordinary machining method. In order to use the advanced modern technique of manufacturing, enhance the machining efficiency, guarantee the machining quality, we can use General CAD/CAM software carries on the Three Dimensional Modeling, the Numerical Control Machining. Regarding this sample parts’ machining, its craft is the decision of the manufacturing success or failure. The manufacturing of the parts has fully used Five-axis numerical control machining technology, resulting in reducing the difficulty of craft establishment greatly. In order to guarantee the components’ machining the efficiency, the elimination of big allowance completes with plain-milling machine, then completes the surface roughing,
