Ability aims

To use these target sentences to describe animals.

Emotional aims

To guide the students to love animals, and make friends with animals.

Teaching key points &difficulty

The important point is to use the key words and sentences to describe their favourite animals. (Through lots of practice) The difficult points : 1、long words: turtle,rabbit,chicken 2、to master the sentences “I have a...” “It's...”, and use them to describe animals (Let students use the sentences in their practice)

? Our students are in Grade3.
? They are active, curious and interested in new things.

? They have some basic English background knowledge.(so the
teacher should guide them to improve their lisening, speaking

and reading skills.)
